Barefoot Healing believes that a meditation teacher should be as essential as a personal trainer. Just as we go to the gym in order to keep our bodies healthy and working well, we should meditate for the same benefits to our minds. Because we believe that meditation is an essential addition to your wellbeing toolkit, we provide classes for complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

 

Barefoot Meditation Classes

 

Beginners classes are ideal for helping to improve mental and physical health through in-depth relaxation. These classes are also a great way to learn how to successfully manage stress levels.

 

Intermediate classes are more spiritually based. Learn how to meditate to a deeper level, meet your guides and other deities. We also teach tarot card basics to develop the use of intuition. The various uses of crystals is another element incorporated within the intermediate classes.

 

We also hold classes for the more advanced meditator which include advanced tarot card usage, development of mediumship qualities and working further with guides and deities.
