Barefoot Healing offer a range of courses which can develop your healing abilities professionally or personally.
We keep our class sizes small for more involved learning and training experience and we work together in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Barefoot keeps their Reiki teaching classes small and utilises a unique way of teaching.
After your completion of Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 with Barefoot Healing you will be qualified to practice. Should you wish to teach Reiki, Barefoot also offers Reiki Masters courses.
Barefoot offers entry-level meditation classes for those who have never meditated before or those who require more guidance in devloping their ability to meditate, relax and control the breath.
Our homes can all to easily become cluttered storage units, rather than calm and tranquil spaces that reflect our personality. This accumulation of clutter can cause energy to become stuck in the home.
Barefoot can help to clear the energy in your home through the practice of smudging, blessings and the use of sound.

360 Degree Reiki has made me stronger and helped me to find direction in life.
